Customized Donut-Making Equipment

Dough Sheeter

Continuously rolls and laminates dough with precise sheet thickness control to form even pastry layers, ensuring consistent texture of laminated donuts. Automatic operation delivers uniform dough sheets, and it can connect to production lines for continuous manufacturing.

Cutting Machine

Equipped with custom donut molds, it accurately cuts laminated dough into ring-shaped, fancy and other target shapes. Clean cuts prevent damage to pastry layers. Uniform dough pieces ensure neat appearance after frying.Matching conveyor belts seamlessly link the sheeter and fryer to realize continuous cutting and feeding.

Pressure Forming Machine

Designed for fermented dough stamping. It produces neatly shaped donut blanks with balanced forming force. Uniform size and central hole create standardized conditions for frying. Can be connected with mixing and proofing sections for continuous production.

Automatic Proofer Cabinet

This continuous donut proofer seamlessly links forming machines and conveyor fryers. Donut blanks complete automatic continuous proofing under constant temperature & humidity without manual handling. It ensures uniform fermentation, avoids quality deviations, cuts labor, and supports fully automatic continuous mass production for large food factories.

Conveyor Donut Fryer

Interlocks with upstream forming equipment. The mesh conveyor transports donut blanks through the oil tank at constant speed. Precise temperature & time control guarantees consistent color and even cooking, greatly improving mass production efficiency and product uniformity.
